Marketing Manager
£45,000 - £55,000 | Nottingham | Hybrid (2 days WFH per week)

Are you an experienced marketing professional looking for your next challenge? This Marketing Manager position offers the opportunity to take ownership of a broad marketing function within a continuously growing organisation in the sector. You'll have the scope to influence strategy while remaining hands-on in campaign delivery, ensuring marketing activity drives real results for the business.

The Role:
As Marketing Manager, you'll be responsible for developing and executing marketing plans that raise brand awareness, engage customers, and support commercial growth. You'll work closely with the wider team to deliver high-quality campaigns across both digital and traditional channels. Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and managing the overall marketing strategy

  • Planning and delivering multi-channel marketing campaigns

  • Overseeing website content, SEO and digital activity

  • Managing CRM and email marketing campaigns to maximise customer engagement

  • Analysing marketing performance and reporting on ROI

  • Supporting events and promotional activities where required

  • Managing external agencies and suppliers to ensure projects are delivered on time and to budget

What We're Looking For:

  • Proven experience in a Marketing Manager or similar role

  • Experience using Hubspot and/or Salesforce
  • Strong knowledge of both digital and traditional marketing methods

  • Excellent project management and organisational skills

  • Experience of managing budgets and measuring campaign performance

  • A hands-on approach with the ability to work strategically and tactically

  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively across teams
