Macildowie are working exclusively with a leading business based in Leicester to recruit a Marketing Executive on a full-time, permanent basis.
The Role:
As Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for delivering end-to-end marketing activity across digital, print, events, and internal communications. From designing eye-catching campaigns and managing the company website, to leading social media activity and supporting internal engagement, you will be central to enhancing the business's visibility and impact.
Key Responsibilities:
- Designing and producing compelling marketing materials for print and digital channels.
- Managing and updating website content with SEO in mind.
- Creating and executing a social media strategy, primarily on LinkedIn and YouTube.
- Planning and coordinating trade shows, webinars, and internal events.
- Supporting internal communications and employee engagement.
- Monitoring budgets, analysing results, and reporting on campaigns.
About You:
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a broad marketing role.
- Skilled in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite or Canva.
- Strong communication skills, with an ability to write clear and engaging copy.
- Experience managing corporate social media channels and websites.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects
- Previous exposure to B2B or technical sectors.
- Understanding of SEO, analytics, or CRM systems
