This is an exciting role for an experienced business development or partnerships professional who enjoys developing long-term strategic relationships rather than transactional sales. You'll work closely with senior leadership to build referral partnerships, identify new opportunities and help drive sustainable business growth.

The Role

As Partnership Manager, you'll be responsible for developing and managing a network of professional introducers, creating meaningful relationships that generate new client opportunities.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Building and developing relationships with professional introducers including accountancy firms, legal practices, corporate finance advisers and private equity contacts
  • Acting as the primary contact for key strategic partnerships
  • Creating partnership plans that generate consistent referral opportunities
  • Identifying and converting new business opportunities through existing and new relationships
  • Working alongside Partners and technical specialists to secure new client engagements
  • Monitoring partnership activity, pipeline performance and conversion rates
  • Collaborating with marketing on events, campaigns and thought leadership initiatives
  • Representing the business at networking events and industry functions
  • Sharing market insight to support future growth strategies

About You

You'll be a commercially minded relationship builder who enjoys developing trusted professional networks.

You'll ideally have:

  • Experience in partnerships, business development or account management within professional services
  • Excellent relationship-building and stakeholder management skills
  • A commercial approach with a focus on identifying opportunities
  • Strong organisational and communication skills
  • Experience working alongside legal, accountancy, tax or advisory firms would be advantageous
  • Experience using HubSpot or a similar CRM would be beneficial

What's on Offer

  • Opportunity to join a growing specialist professional services business
  • Visible role with genuine influence across the organisation
  • Flexible and hybrid working
  • Competitive salary, bonus and benefits
  • Excellent career progression
  • Collaborative and entrepreneurial culture

If your experience looks a little different but you believe you could excel in the role, we'd still love to hear from you! Click apply today!
