Part-Time Finance Assistant

Nottingham | Hybrid | Temp-to-Perm | Approx. 3 Days Per Week (Flexi-Hours)

Macildowie are delighted to be partnering exclusively with a growing luxury travel consultancy who create bespoke, once-in-a-lifetime travel experiences for ultra-high-net-worth clients across the world.

We're looking for an experienced Finance Assistant to support the day-to-day finance function as the business enters an exciting period of growth.

This is a predominantly remote role, with the ideal candidate based around Nottingham to allow for occasional collaborative working days.

The role

You'll work closely with the Finance lead, taking ownership of transactional finance and bookkeeping responsibilities including:

• Bank reconciliations
• Xero reconciliations
• Attaching invoices and receipts
• Raising customer invoices
• Processing payments
• General bookkeeping and finance administration
• Chasing missing supplier invoices where required

Transaction volumes are relatively modest compared with larger corporate environments, although workload naturally increases during live luxury travel projects.

What we're looking for

We're keen to speak with people who have:

• Previous Accounts Assistant or Bookkeeping experience
• Strong practical experience using Xero
• Confidence completing bank reconciliations independently
• Excellent organisation and attention to detail
• Experience working remotely or managing their own workload
• A proactive, self-starting approach

Travel industry experience isn't required, although it would certainly be a bonus.
