    Macildowie are currently looking for an Administrator working for a global logistics business based in Lutterworth.

    This is a temporary full time position which is fully office based, with the view to go permanent.

    THE ROLE & YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:


    Processing customer orders


    Communicate with the warehouse to ensure orders are dispatched in full where possible


    Scheduling shipments with 3rd party transport company.

    Liaising heavily with the warehouse.



    Providing accurate delivery dates to customers on products, after checking with the warehouse


    Resolve customer complaints by investigating problems, developing a solution and resolve with the customer.

    General Ad-hoc administration.

    EXPERIENCE SOUGHT IN THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE:

    In order to be considered you must have strong administration skills and proficient with Microsoft excel. It would be desirable that you have experience working within a warehouse/logistics business.

    • Cash Collection: Engaging in proactive collection efforts, including telephone communication, dunning letter generation, and collaboration with their depot network.
    • Dispute Management: Resolving customer disputes efficiently and professionally.
    • Reporting: Preparing weekly, monthly, and ad-hoc management reports to monitor and track credit control activities.

    Temporary Receptionist Role / Leicester/ Pay up to £12.00 per hour

    This role is looking for the successful candidate to start immediately on a temp basis!

    Role Details

    • Temporary contract
    • 5 hours a week

    Daily Duties

    • Be the point of contact at reception
    • Ensure the reception area is welcoming, attractive and comfortable at all times and when appropriate, arrangements are made to meet individual's needs.
    • Carry out a range of Administrative tasks to support the team
    • Ensure that assigned tasks are completed and delivered in a timely, efficient and accurate manner.

    Requirements

    • Experience working within Administration/Reception
    • Experience using Microsoft office (Excel and Outlook)
