Diary Management for the MD Collate monthly board reports and distribute to Board Members Attend Board meetings - taking full minutes and distributing as required Travel arrangements and hotel bookings as required Book meeting rooms for visitors and arrange appropriate refreshments Monitor MD email inbox to advise of urgent items Answer incoming calls and direct accordingly Complete expense claim forms for the MD Reconcile company credit card statements for MD Any other associated admin tasks Liaise with other PA's to ensure cover is provided at all times for the MD and all other Group Board Directors
EXPERIENCE SOUGHT IN THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE:
