    Macildowie are currently looking for a Project Coordinator to work for a quirky business based in Leicester City centre. As a client facing Account Manager you will be accountable for planning and managing small sized projects directly with the client, whilst assisting Account Managers on larger projects.

    This is a full time temporary to permanent post

    THE ROLE & YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

    Preparing, managing and owning all project timelines

    Costing and management of project budgets
    Project resource management internally and externally
    Identifying risks to CPA, Budgets and Quality
    Being responsible for all aspects of a project from prototype to production
    Owning all  project documentation
    Negotiating with internal factory, suppliers, and sub-contractors
    Ensuring highest quality standards in communication, information and production
    Managing all day-to-day operational aspects of projects
    Set the standards and methodology to be used in a project
    Ensuring that all relevant processes are followed on projects
    Proposing process or production improvements
    Communicating accurately with BU team members, clients and factories
    Managing complex bills of material and communication of these to multiple stakeholders to ensure project success

    EXPERIENCE SOUGHT IN THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE:

    Strong administration skills
    Very detail driven

    First line telephone support.
    Assistance in the Assessments of claims.
    Coordinating posting process.
    Understand and apply the company reserving philosophy, as well as policy conditions and exclusions and applying them to claims.
    Assisting in the handling of claims in line with authority limit and escalate claims when necessary, identifying maximum settlement figures and claims quantum.
    Processing client and broker policy declarations, adjustments and cancellations.
    Generating claims and client data reports.
    Be able to respond quickly to insured client requirements and acquire feedback from insured clients, brokers/intermediaries.
    Dealing with queries as and when they arise.
    Provide support and to other members of the department.
    Assist the claims team with general admin tasks when required.

    SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:

    The successful candidate is likely to have demonstrable experience in this field of work. Insurance qualifications are an advantage but not essential.

    THE ROLE & YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

    To effectively respond to the demands and needs of the client and third parties and to initiate solutions.

    To liaise with the appropriate Account Executive, Director or Manager if required. Ensuring queries are effectively resolved and completed in good time.

    Opening post, sorting, scanning and ensuring all relevant items are circulated to relevant departments. Â Dealing with outgoing post and franking in readiness for collection by set timelines.

    Ensure all appropriate scanning is done within deadlines set.

    Effectively process Supplier and other invoices as appropriate and scanning in line with our system routines in a timely manner; any other additional administrative function needing to be performed.

    Organising, negotiating price, ordering, checking and storage of all stationery items including any printing requirements of the business and proof reading of content before authorisation.

    Purchasing/ordering all office comfort supplies from the cash and carry and Milkman.

    Responsible for ensuring reception area and all meeting rooms remain clean and tidy and ready for next meeting and where appropriate arranging lunches.

    Management of premises, liaising with suppliers and arranging maintenance as needed; including management of the car parking facilities and allocation of spaces.

    Provide assistance and support to the team where necessary including planning cover for your work when away from the office
