Clerical Finance

Freddie joined Macildowie in May 2024 after working in the recruitment industry for 3 and a half years. He is part of the Clerical Finance and Office & Commercial team and leads our Clerical Finance offering for permanent roles with salaries up to £35k. He partners closely with various organisations across Derbyshire and Staffordshire providing recruitment expertise, as well as hosting tailored events and offering wider support.

Freddie prides himself on building strong relationships with both candidates and clients through honesty, transparency, and by offering continuous advice throughout the recruitment process.

After graduating from university and finishing her role in travel and the hospitality industry, Lauren decided it was time for a change and a new challenge and never looked back. She started her recruitment journey recruiting for sales advisors, customer service advisors and admin assistants then moved on to recruiting for more senior roles such as area sales managers.

Lauren has joined Macildowie to continue her career in recruitment and work within the Office & Commercial Support team, and she cannot wait to develop her skills further. 

Liberty joined Macildowie in 2023 with previous experience in recruitment. She is now a part of our Clerical Finance team, overseeing our temporary and interim recruitment for Nottinghamshire, Derbyshire, Lincolnshire and Staffordshire.

Luke joined the business in 2019, overseeing the Clerical Finance Recruitment desk for interim, contract and permanent roles.

Melissa joined Macildowie in June 2024 as an Associate Director in Nottingham, after 18 years with a blue-chip recruiter. 

Melissa leads the team that specialises in Clerical Finance and Office & Commercial Support recruitment across Nottinghamshire, Lincolnshire, Staffordshire and Derbyshire.

She recruits temporary Commercial Support roles across this region.

Nathan joined Macildowie after having graduated from the University of Lincoln and having gained 2 years of recruitment experience within the Engineering Sector. He has recruited for a range of manufacturers throughout the Midlands and aims to use his consultative experience to build upon Macildowie's Clerical Finance division.

Nathan prides himself on creating true relationships with candidates and clients alike, with an aim to establish himself as business's external, internal recruiter.

After spending 3 years as an internal recruiter for one of the UK’s leading Multi-Site FTSE retailers where he was responsible for recruiting roles in the E-commerce Trading, Digital Marketing and Creative sectors from Entry Level through to Senior Management. Sonny took the plunge into Agency Recruitment for the first time, he joined Macildowie in 2018 and has since been able to prove himself as a valuable member of the Macildowie family being promoted twice in this time, Sonny now holds the title of Managing Consultant and is using his skill set to lead and develop the next generation of consultants.

Sonny is our Clerical Finance Specialist and recruits for Administrative Finance positions from entry level to senior management. Sonny prides himself on his integrity and honesty as a recruiter and drawing upon his time as an internal recruiter, understands the importance of relationship management and always ensuring the right fit for both clients and candidates alike.

Before joining Macildowie Will was a restaurant manager.

After spending most of his time within hospitality, he is excited to be here at Macildowie.​

He is now a member of the clerical finance team.
