Credit Controller

The Role

Reporting to the Management Accountant, you will be responsible for managing customer accounts, chasing outstanding payments, resolving queries, and supporting cash flow across the business.

This is a busy role suited to someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced finance environment and building good working relationships with customers and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Chasing outstanding debt and overdue payments
• Managing customer accounts and resolving payment queries
• Reviewing credit limits and payment terms
• Allocating payments and processing invoices
• Carrying out account reconciliations
• Supporting month-end finance processes
• Maintaining accurate customer records
• Working closely with sales and customer service teams

• Previous experience within Credit Control
• Strong communication skills
• Good organisational skills and attention to detail
• Confident working in a busy finance environment
• Able to manage multiple accounts and workloads
