Job Description

As a Property Administrator, you will play a crucial role in managing property-related tasks and ensuring smooth operations. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Dealing with tenants and landlord enquiries via phone, email or in person
  • Supporting the Letting Agents in diary management and appointment bookings
  • Answering telephone calls
  • Creating tenancy files and referencing potential tenants.
  • Preparing tenancy agreements and associated paperwork
  • Ensuring accounts are up to date
  • Assisting with marketing properties on advertising portals and social media
  • Supporting the Property Manager in arranging repair work orders.
  • Provide a proactive service by anticipating potential problems and implementing solutions


Desired skills: Microsoft Word proficiency, and it would be desirable if you had previous property of facilities experience.

Experience: Previous property management experience, especially in commercial properties.

Based in Derby city centre, working Monday to Friday 37.5 hours.

Salary up to £30,000, negotiable for the right candidate.
