Role Overview
The Sales Administrator will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the sales department. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing administrative tasks, liaising with key stakeholders, and ensuring the smooth progression of property sales from offer to completion.
Key Responsibilities
Acting as a first point of contact for client enquiries, providing a high level of customer service
Preparing property-related documentation, including sales memorandums, contracts, and marketing materials
Coordinating communications between buyers, sellers, solicitors, and mortgage brokers to ensure a smooth sales process
Updating internal CRM systems and maintaining accurate and up-to-date records
Organising appointments and managing sales team diaries
Ensuring compliance with industry regulations, including AML procedures
Providing regular updates to clients on the progress of their transactions
Supporting the sales team with general administrative duties, including scanning, filing, and front-desk coverage when needed
Candidate Requirements
Previous experience in a sales administration or similar role (experience in estate agency is highly desirable)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
Ability to work independently and within a team
Professional and customer-focused attitude
Desirable Skills
Familiarity with property software such as Reapit, Dezrez, or similar
Knowledge of the property sales process and legal requirements
Understanding of GDPR and Anti-Money Laundering regulations
