Salary: £25,000 - £27,000 (depending on experience)

Job Overview
We are seeking an organised and customer-focused Customer Service Administrator to support a busy waste management and recycling operation. The role involves handling customer enquiries, coordinating service requests, maintaining accurate records, and supporting the wider team to ensure services run efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
Respond to customer enquiries via phone and email
Process service requests and maintain customer records
Assist with scheduling collections and coordinating with operations teams
Handle customer queries and complaints professionally
Maintain accurate documentation and service records
Requirements
Previous experience in customer service or administration
Strong organisational and communication skills
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Desirable
Experience in logistics, recycling, or service-based industries
Experience using CRM or order management systems.
