Office Manager - Opportunity to Shape the Role

My client is currently seeking a proactive and adaptable Office Manager to join their Accountancy Division. This role has arisen as our Business Services Manager prepares to take maternity leave in June, creating an exciting opportunity for the right person to step in and make a real impact.

As they review and potentially restructure the team, they are particularly interested in finding someone who can help shape the role moving forward. Rather than fitting into a rigid job description, this position offers the chance for the successful candidate to influence how the role develops based on their strengths and experience.

The ideal candidate will be highly organised, confident in managing office operations, and comfortable working in a dynamic environment where responsibilities may evolve. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys taking initiative and helping shape processes within a professional services environment.

The role will be working 37.5 hours and be office based.
