INTERIM SAP S/4 HANA IMPLEMENTATION BA/PM - £650 LTD - 18 MONTHS+ - HYBRID

I am delighted to be presenting a unique and exciting long term INTERIM opportunity with a very high profile client in Derbyshire. They are looking to engage an INTERIM SAP S/4 HANA Implementation Business Analyst/PM on an 18 MONTH - 2 YEAR contract.

The role has been deemed outside of scope for IR35 and therfore will pay up to £650 PER DAY on a LIMITED basis (or 95K on a salaried fixed term basis). The role is HYBRID in nature and reports to the Programme Director.

If you are an experienced Business Analyst/PM with a passion for transformation and change, then this is a fantastic opportunity to join a very dynamic programme team.

The prerquisites for the role are SAP, manufacturing and the ability to commuinicate with colleagues at all levels. This role is very 'hands on'.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Subject Matter Expertise: Act as the SME for Controlling, defining, designing, and delivering key business outcomes.
  • Process Documentation: Document and evaluate current ('As Is') processes and develop future ('To Be') process models.
  • Testing & Quality Assurance: Define, build, and run tests to ensure new solutions align with business requirements.
  • Change Management: Drive adoption of new business solutions, facilitate workshops, create training materials, and support end-user training.
  • Collaboration: Work with Programme teams, business users, Central IT, and Service Integrators to manage concerns and ensure successful implementation.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Establish and maintain strong relationships with business process stakeholders.
  • Travel: Attend site meetings for project kick-offs, progress tracking, and deployment of major changes.

Requirements:

  • Strong understanding of business processes.
  • Proven experience in process documentation and testing.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to act as a change agent and facilitate workshops.
  • Experience with ERP systems, preferably in a business transformation context.

Essential:

  • Relevant functional and/or technical hands-on experience in designing, building, and integrating SAP processes (CO and cross-functional) as part of an SAP implementation or upgrade
  • Can demonstrate performing a Controlling Business Analyst role, or similar, for another organisation or project
