Macildowie are working exclusively with a well established manufacturing business in Desborough a permanent Finance Administrator role. Candidates who would prefer to focus on either accounts payable or accounts receivable are equally encouraged to apply.
Salary: £24,000 to £25,000
Employment Type: Permanent.
Working Arrangement: Up to 3 days a week from home
About the Role:
The successful Finance Administrator will take ownership of transactional responsibilities including multi‑currency invoice processing, supplier reconciliations and aged debt follow‑up across USD, AUD, EUR and other currencies.

Key Responsibilities:
- Process purchase ledger transactions including invoice entry, supplier reconciliations and supplier query handling
- Import and reconcile daily bank statements
- Post journals in the ERP system as needed
- Prepare and deliver detailed monthly transactional reports to internal stakeholders
- Support the Finance Team Leader and assist the wider team
- Provide absence cover across finance functions (including accounts receivable duties focused on international customer contact and aged debt)
- Undertake ad hoc finance duties as required
Candidate Attributes:
- Strong communicator, able to build relationships across all levels in writing and verbally
- Proactive, results‑orientated, comfortable working independently and as part of a team
