Job Description
We're currently working with a growing and innovative business, seeking a talented Management Accountant to join their high-performing finance team based in Rushden. This is an ideal role for someone commercially minded who's looking to step up and take ownership of key financial processes within a dynamic environment.
Reporting to the Head of Finance, you will play a crucial role in delivering accurate, insightful financial reporting and supporting operational teams.
Key responsibilities include:
- Preparation of monthly management accounts and variance analysis
- Budgeting and forecasting
- Business partnering with operational and commercial teams
- Supporting month-end processes including journals, accruals and prepayments
- Cash flow reporting and analysis
- Contributing to process improvement and system enhancement projects
Experience
- Part or fully qualified (CIMA, ACCA, ACA) or QBE
- Strong Excel and financial systems experience
- Proactive, analytical, and commercially minded
- Able to communicate financial information clearly to non-finance stakeholders
- Experience within an SME or multi-entity environment is a plus
You will be rewarded with a salary of £45,000-£55,000 per annum + benefits.
