The Opportunity

We're looking for a finalist or qualified Management Accountant to join our successful and expanding manufacturing business. You'll lead a team of three in finance, take full ownership of management reporting, and act as a trusted partner to the MD and senior leadership team.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a hands-on environment, enjoys making a real impact, and is ambitious for career development.

What You'll Be Doing

• Leading, mentoring and developing a finance team of three.
• Producing monthly management accounts, budgets and forecasts.
• Working closely with the MD to provide financial insight and strategic support.
• Driving process improvements to enhance efficiency and profitability.
• Partnering with operational teams to influence commercial decision-making.
• Overseeing cashflow, reconciliations, and year-end processes.

About You

• ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified or finalist, with supporting experience.
• Strong management accounting experience, ideally within manufacturing.
• A confident leader with experience managing a small team.
• Commercially astute, proactive and ambitious.
• Excellent communicator with the ability to build strong relationships across the business.
