Accounts Payable Clerk

Job Title: Accounts Payable Assistant (Temporary, PT or FT)
Location: Market Bosworth
Duration: 1 Month Temporary
Salary: Up to £15 per hour

We are seeking a reliable Accounts Payable Assistant to join a small construction business on a temporary basis. This role is ideal for someone looking for flexible hours (part-time or full-time) and hands-on experience in a busy, supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Processing invoices accurately and efficiently
• Allocate invoices to the appropriate costing centres, subsidiaries, and projects for accurate financial control and reporting
• Working with purchase orders (POs)
• Performing reconciliations
• Managing supplier accounts and resolving queries
• Supporting the finance team with ad hoc tasks

Skills & Experience:

• Previous accounts payable or finance experience preferred
• Good Excel skills
• Experience with costing is a bonus
• Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks
