Are you a commercially astute and strategically minded finance professional ready to operate at the heart of a large, complex organisation? We are exclusively recruiting on behalf of a leading PLC headquartered in Leicestershire, seeking a high-calibre Senior Finance Business Partner to join their high-performing finance team.

This is a high-impact, visible role where you'll work closely with the CFO, HR Director, and Regional Directors, as well as other senior stakeholders across the business. You'll act as a key strategic partner, challenging, influencing, and driving financial performance and decision-making at the highest level.

Key Responsibilities
Partner directly with the C-suite and senior leadership teams to provide financial insight, challenge assumptions, and support strategic decision-making.
Lead on budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning processes across core business functions.
Provide high-quality financial analysis and commercial insight to drive performance and growth.
Develop business cases for key strategic initiatives and capital investments.
Influence and shape financial strategy in collaboration with the CFO and executive team.
Support transformation, cost optimisation, and value-creation projects across the business.
Lead and develop financial modelling to support scenario planning and business development.

About You
Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) with significant post-qualification experience in a senior finance business partnering role.
Proven experience in a large, complex organisation, ideally PLC or similar.
Exceptional stakeholder management skills with the gravitas to operate credibly at C-suite level.
Commercially sharp, analytically strong, and highly proficient in driving financial performance.
Comfortable operating in a head office environment, with a strategic and holistic business view.
A proactive, confident communicator who can challenge, influence, and lead cross-functional conversations.
