Interim Senior Finance Business Partner 6 Months
£350 -£450 per day (Inside)
Leicestershire Hybrid Working (3 days in office)
We're working exclusively with a leading, large and highly reputable business in Leicestershire looking for an experienced Interim Senior Finance Business Partner to support the business during a period of change.
This is a 6-month role offering a key opportunity to work closely with senior stakeholders, including the CFO, HR Director and Regional Directors, in a highly visible, commercially focused role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with senior leadership to support strategic decision-making.
- Lead on budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning focusing around indirect costs
- Provide high-quality analysis to support performance improvement.
- Build business cases for key initiatives and capital projects.
- Support transformation, cost-saving, and value-creation programmes.
- Develop financial models for scenario planning and business cases.
About You:
- Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) with strong post-qualified experience.
- Track record of working in large, complex organisations
- Able to influence senior stakeholders and challenge constructively.
- Commercially astute and confident working at exec level.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, complex environment.
