Temporary Accounts Payable Assistant - Coventry
Duration: 3 months | Rate: £14/hr
We're looking for a detail-focused Accounts Payable Assistant to support a busy finance team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process and code supplier invoices, including sub-contractors and materials
- Match purchase orders and resolve discrepancies
- Assist with month-end AP activities
- Maintain accurate supplier records
Requirements:
- Previous AP experience, ideally in construction or house building
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Confident using Excel and accounting systems
- Reliable and able to work independently
Rate: £14 per hour
Contract: 3 months temporary
Location: Coventry
