Part-Qualified Accountant — Hybrid Working, Study Support Provided

The Role
Working within a busy finance function, you'll support the wider team with month-end processes, reporting, and day-to-day financial management, while being given the study support and mentoring to progress towards full qualification.
Key Responsibilities
- Assisting with month-end close and management accounts preparation
- Supporting budgeting and forecasting processes
- Reconciling balance sheet accounts
- Processing and reviewing journals and accruals
- Assisting with year-end audit preparation
- Providing ad hoc financial analysis and reporting to the wider team
What We're Looking For
- Currently part-qualified (AAT, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent)
- Experience within a finance or accounts function
- Strong Excel skills and confidence working with financial systems
- Good attention to detail and a proactive approach
- Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team
