We are partnering with a top-tier company based in Derby to find a Senior Finance Business Partner to join their finance team. Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a trusted partner to senior leadership, providing insightful financial analysis and advice to support key business decisions.
- Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and growth targets.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders across the business to drive operational efficiency and financial performance.
- Provide actionable recommendations to improve profitability, cost management, and risk mitigation.
- Influence decision-making at the highest levels, helping shape the future direction of the business.
- Drive the implementation of financial controls, systems improvements, and best practices.
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Finance Business Partner or similar senior financial role, ideally within a large, complex organisation.
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to translate financial data into clear, strategic insights that influence senior decision-making.
- Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills, with experience influencing leaders across diverse business units.
- Advanced financial modelling, budgeting, and forecasting expertise.
- ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent qualification.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities.
