Location: Northamptonshire (with some travel to sites)

What You'll Deliver:
- Build strong, credible relationships with senior stakeholders, influencing decision-making across operations and commercial functions.
- Analyse performance, KPIs, and financial trends, turning numbers into actionable business insight.
- Identify gaps and opportunities in current finance processes, providing recommendations to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Travel to multiple sites to embed finance into operational reality and strengthen the link between finance and the business.
- Define the blueprint for a longer-term, high-performing finance business partner function.
What We're Looking For:
- A commercially minded finance professional with hands-on experience in supply chain, logistics, or operations-driven businesses.
- Confident stakeholder manager, able to challenge the norm constructively and influence leaders.
- Highly independent and pragmatic, able to navigate ambiguity and deliver real-world solutions.
- Comfortable working across multiple sites and building operational credibility.
- Experience scoping and shaping finance functions or business partner models is a strong advantage.
