Macildowie are working with this client based in Milton Keynes.
This employee-owned business has over 28 years of history delivering electrical and interior refurbishment services across the commercial and industrial sectors. With a reputation built on long-standing client relationships and high standards of delivery, they're now looking to strengthen their finance team with a dedicated Payroll Specialist.
In a newly created role, you'll take full ownership of the weekly payroll and be part of a collaborative and supportive environment with real opportunity for autonomy and development.

The Role Includes:
- Managing weekly payroll for c.35 employees
- Handling subcontractor payments and expenses
- Managing CIS returns and submissions (training can be given)
- Liaising with project managers and handling payroll queries
- Ensuring accuracy and deadlines are met without compromise
- Using RedSky and Harvest to support payroll and timesheet processing
The Ideal Candidate Will:
- Bring proven payroll experience (weekly payroll experience preferred)
- Ideally have experience with CIS (Construction Industry Scheme)
- Be detail-focused with a calm, organised approach
- Thrive in a role that offers ownership and routine
- Be confident using payroll systems and Excel
- Live within a reasonable commute of Milton Keynes
