Job Title: Senior Finance Administrator
Location: Nottingham
Salary: £28,500
Type: Full-Time, Permanent (Hybrid)
We're seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Senior Finance Administrator. In this role, you will be responsible for resolving customer account queries, managing outstanding debts, and supporting various finance functions to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Responsibilities:
- Resolve customer account queries
- Collect outstanding debts
- Manage and maintain all customer information
- Identify and resolve discrepancies
- Assist with audits and assist with banking
- Assist the team with finance purchase orders and budgets
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a finance OR accounts role
- Experience mentoring staff is preferred, but not essential
- AAT qualification (or similar) is preferred, but not essential
- Strong knowledge of Excel and accounting packages
- Excellent attention to detail with strong problem-solving abilities
- Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
