HR Coordinator
Salary: £28,000 - £32,000 (dependent on experience)
Location: NN15 - Northampton
Macildowie are currently supporting a business based in the NN14 area of Northampton with the recruitment of an HR Coordinator
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing and fast-paced environment, providing essential administrative support to the HR team and wider business. You'll play a key role in ensuring smooth day-to-day HR operations and supporting key projects as the business continues to grow and evolve.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide effective and accurate administrative support across all HR disciplines
- Maintain and update employee records (both electronic and hard copy)
- Prepare HR documents such as contracts, letters, and reports
- Support recruitment activity: liaising with agencies, arranging interviews, preparing offer letters, contracts, and new starter packs
- Coordinate onboarding processes and induction programmes
- Maintain sickness absence records and trackers, arrange Occupational Health appointments, and support with mandatory assessments
- Prepare and issue departmental communications as required
- Provide general support and guidance to employees within the scope of the role
What We're Looking For:
- Previous experience in a busy administrative role, ideally within an HR team
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- A positive, professional, and flexible approach
- High level of attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information
- Confident user of Microsoft Office packages
- Experience with HR systems such as Success Factors or Tensor is desirable, but training can be provided
