This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives on variety and is passionate about delivering best-in-class HR support across the full employee lifecycle.

What you'll be doing:

  • Take ownership of absence management processes, return-to-work interviews, and wellbeing interventions
  • Support with succession planning and performance review processes
  • Work closely with the Health & Safety team to ensure legal compliance and support wellbeing initiatives
  • Handle exit interviews and off boarding in a way that ensures compliance and continuous improvement

What we're looking for:

  • Minimum 5 years' experience in a generalist HR role within manufacturing or a similar operational setting
  • Sound knowledge of UK employment law and strong employee relations expertise
  • Confident communicator with experience influencing senior stakeholders
  • Comfortable managing multiple priorities across different locations
  • CIPD Level 5 (or Level 3 with strong experience)
  • Proficient in Excel and ideally experienced with iTrent or similar HRIS
  • A solution-oriented mindset, with a calm and professional approach to challenges
  • Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel between sites

What's on offer:

  • Salary of £45,000 - £50,000 depending on experience
  • Hybrid working model
  • Supportive, down-to-earth HR team
  • Opportunities for professional development and progression
  • An environment where your voice will be heard and your impact will be recognised
