HR Business Partner
Burton (Hybrid - min 3 days onsite)
£50,000 - £55,000 - Experience dependant
Fixed-Term Contract (12 Months)
Are you an experienced HR Business Partner who thrives on driving people change and partnering closely with senior stakeholders? I am working with a well-established organisation in Burton to recruit a HR Business Partner to join their team on a 12-month fixed-term contract.
This is a true generalist HRBP position, embedded within a key area of the business. You will play a critical role in supporting leaders through people planning, organisational change, and day-to-day HR operations.
The Role:
- Act as a trusted partner to senior managers, providing expert HR guidance
- Lead and support on organisational change initiatives
- Drive workforce planning and talent discussions
- Manage complex employee relations issues
- Deliver HR projects in line with business priorities
- Collaborate with the wider HR team to share best practice and ensure alignment
Proven experience in a HR Business Partner role is essential
- Strong background in people planning and change management
- Commercial mindset with the ability to influence and challenge stakeholders
- Comfortable working onsite 3 days per week
- CIPD qualified (or equivalent experience)
