  • Using people data and insights to identify trends and recommend improvement strategies.
  • Facilitating workshops and partnering with leaders to improve organisational effectiveness.

  • Collaborating with HR, Learning & Development and operational leaders to embed sustainable people solutions.
  • Leading and contributing to strategic people projects across the organisation.

About You

We're looking for an OD professional who combines strategic thinking with a pragmatic, hands on approach.

You will bring:

  • A full UK driving licence and willingness to travel nationally as required.

Why Apply?

  • Opportunity to make a genuine impact in a values-led organisation.
  • High-profile role with significant stakeholder exposure.
  • Chance to shape culture, leadership and organisational effectiveness.
  • Varied project-based environment with real autonomy.
  • Immediate opportunity to influence business-wide initiatives during an exciting period of change.

If you're an experienced OD professional who thrives on helping organisations evolve, we'd love to hear from you.
