We're seeking an experienced Organisational Development Business Partner to join a national organisation on a 6 month fixed term contract. This is an exciting opportunity to shape and deliver people initiatives that enhance organisational effectiveness, strengthen leadership capability and improve employee engagement across a diverse, multi-site workforce.
Working closely with senior leaders, you will act as a trusted partner, supporting the design and delivery of strategic OD initiatives that drive sustainable business performance and positive cultural change.
The Opportunity
This role will play a key part in supporting organisational transformation, helping leaders navigate change whilst creating an engaged, capable and high-performing workforce.
Key areas of focus will include:
- Supporting organisation design and workforce planning initiatives.
- Driving employee engagement and culture programmes.
- Enhancing leadership and management capability across the business.
- Supporting talent management, succession planning and career development initiatives.
- Designing and implementing people-focused change programmes.
- Using people data and insights to identify trends and recommend improvement strategies.
- Facilitating workshops and partnering with leaders to improve organisational effectiveness.
- Supporting wellbeing, inclusion and employee experience initiatives.
- Collaborating with HR, Learning & Development and operational leaders to embed sustainable people solutions.
- Leading and contributing to strategic people projects across the organisation.
About You
We're looking for an OD professional who combines strategic thinking with a pragmatic, hands on approach.
You will bring:
- Proven experience in Organisational Development, Organisation Design or Strategic HR partnering roles.
- Experience supporting business transformation and organisational change programmes.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence senior leaders.
- Experience delivering engagement, culture, talent or leadership development initiatives.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Excellent facilitation, coaching and communication skills.
- The ability to work independently whilst building strong collaborative relationships across the business.
- A full UK driving licence and willingness to travel nationally as required.
