- Maintain accurate and confidential employee records, ensuring HR systems and personnel files remain compliant and up to date.
- Support appraisal, supervision and mandatory training processes, keeping managers informed of upcoming requirements.
- Prepare confidential documentation and take minutes at employee meetings where required.
- Respond to HR queries from colleagues, providing a professional and helpful first point of contact.
- Provide wider administrative support across the school as required, contributing to the smooth running of day-to-day operations.

- Previous experience within an HR Advisor, HR Administrator or HR Coordinator role.
- A good understanding of recruitment and HR administration processes.
- Experience working with confidential employee information and maintaining accurate records.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Strong communication skills and a customer-focused approach.
- A high level of attention to detail and the ability to work independently.
- Experience within education or the public sector would be advantageous but is not essential.
Why Apply?
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a supportive school where you'll make a genuine difference to both staff and pupils by helping deliver an efficient, compliant and people-focused HR service. If you're immediately available or coming to the end of your current assignment and are looking for your next temporary opportunity, we'd love to hear from you.
