People and Culture Partner
Job Description
Are you a brilliant HR generalist who is ready for something a little different?
Perhaps you're a strong HR Manager looking for the opportunity to stretch into a true partnering role. Or maybe you're already operating at People Partner level but want to join an organisation where you can genuinely make your mark.
Either way, this isn't a role for someone who wants to sit on the sidelines.
I'm partnering exclusively with a unique, people-focused organisation in London to find a People & Culture Partner to join them at a really exciting point in their journey.
There are processes to improve, ways of working to develop and plenty of opportunities to make things better. Alongside the usual BAU HR activity, you'll have the chance to solve problems, challenge thinking, support managers and genuinely help shape what a great People & Culture function looks like.
Who are we looking for?
First and foremost, a great human!
Someone pragmatic, curious and solutions-focused. Someone with no ego, who isn't precious about what sits within their remit and is genuinely happy to roll their sleeves up and get stuck in.
You'll need solid generalist HR knowledge and the confidence to manage the everyday realities of HR, but you absolutely do not need to be the finished article.
A really good HR Manager who is ready for their next step could be perfect.
You'll be working closely with a brilliant, engaging and refreshingly pragmatic People leader who genuinely wants this person to have a voice, bring ideas and help shape what comes next.
We're interested in potential as much as pedigree, and we're keen to hear from people with different experiences, perspectives and career journeys. What matters most is your judgement, emotional intelligence, ability to build relationships and, above everything else, your attitude.
You'll probably be someone who enjoys getting stuck in, can influence people without ego, doesn't panic when everything isn't perfect, naturally looks for solutions and genuinely gets a buzz from leaving something better than you found it.
Flexibility that actually means flexibility
This is a full-time opportunity, but there is genuine openness around working patterns for the right person. If you're looking for some flexibility, including potentially a four-day week or compressed hours, it's absolutely a conversation worth having.
Because ultimately, this search is about finding the right person. If you're looking for a perfectly polished People function where everything has already been done for you, this probably isn't the one!
But if you want somewhere you can build, influence, improve and genuinely make a difference, I'd love to tell you more.
