Macildowie are working with this client based in Coventry to recruit an Ecommerce Specialist. This is a permanent, office-based opportunity.
This role sits within the consumer goods sector and supports the ongoing growth of the organisation’s ecommerce operations across UK marketplaces.
The Ecommerce Associate will play a key role in managing online marketplace activity, ensuring product listings are optimised, operations run smoothly, and performance is continually improved.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily activity across ecommerce platforms, ensuring product listings, pricing and inventory are accurate
- Create and optimise product listings, including product descriptions, images and keywords to improve visibility and conversion
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate fulfilment and replenishment processes
- Support the execution of paid advertising campaigns and promotional activity
- Handle customer queries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
- Analyse sales and performance data, identifying trends and opportunities for improvement
- Ensure compliance with marketplace policies and relevant regulations
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to support ecommerce performance
About You:
- Previous experience within ecommerce, ideally managing marketplace platforms
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks
- Comfortable working with data and performance metrics
- Understanding of digital marketing principles such as SEO and paid advertising
- Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach
