Macildowie are working with this client based in Redditch to recruit a Receptionist & Administrator for a full-time temporary opportunity within the care sector.

This is an excellent opportunity for an organised and personable individual who enjoys being the first point of contact and thrives in a busy administrative environment. You will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day running of the home, ensuring visitors, residents, families and colleagues receive a professional and welcoming experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Managing the reception desk and welcoming visitors
  • Answering and directing telephone calls
  • Handling incoming and outgoing post
  • Maintaining accurate records and filing systems
  • Supporting the management team with administrative duties
  • Managing diaries, appointments and meeting rooms
  • Processing documentation and updating internal systems
  • Assisting with general office administration
  • Supporting compliance and audit documentation where required

About You

  • Previous experience within a receptionist, administrator or customer service role
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent organisational abilities and attention to detail
  • Confident using Microsoft Office packages
  • Able to prioritise workloads effectively
  • Professional and approachable manner
