Macildowie are working with this client based in Redditch to recruit a Receptionist & Administrator for a full-time temporary opportunity within the care sector.
This is an excellent opportunity for an organised and personable individual who enjoys being the first point of contact and thrives in a busy administrative environment. You will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day running of the home, ensuring visitors, residents, families and colleagues receive a professional and welcoming experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing the reception desk and welcoming visitors
- Answering and directing telephone calls
- Handling incoming and outgoing post
- Maintaining accurate records and filing systems
- Supporting the management team with administrative duties
- Managing diaries, appointments and meeting rooms
- Processing documentation and updating internal systems
- Assisting with general office administration
- Supporting compliance and audit documentation where required
About You
- Previous experience within a receptionist, administrator or customer service role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organisational abilities and attention to detail
- Confident using Microsoft Office packages
- Able to prioritise workloads effectively
- Professional and approachable manner
