The Opportunity
We are currently recruiting for an exciting opportunity to join a busy, fast-paced Sales Team as a Sales Administrator.
This is a key support role within the sales team, helping to keep the day-to-day operation running smoothly while delivering a high level of service to vendors, buyers and clients.
The ideal candidate will have previous property/estate agency experience and be confident working in a busy environment where attention to detail, organisation and the ability to manage competing priorities are essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with pre-marketing requirements, including liaising with vendors and preparing properties for launch.
- Support Anti-Money Laundering (AML) checks for buyers and vendors.
- Handle incoming enquiries and arrange property viewings.
- Manage diaries and coordinate appointments effectively.
- Maintain regular communication with vendors, buyers and other relevant parties.
- Obtain and relay viewing feedback to vendors.
- Assist with sales progression and chasing transactions when required.
- Keep accurate records and ensure property and client information is maintained correctly.
- Provide general administrative support to the sales team.
- Work closely with colleagues to ensure a smooth and efficient customer journey.
- Support the team with a range of day-to-day administrative tasks in a fast-paced sales environment.
About You

The successful candidate will:
- Have previous experience within the property/estate agency sector.
- Be highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
- Be confident managing diaries, records and multiple priorities.
- Have strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Be confident dealing with clients and handling incoming enquiries.
- Have a proactive can-do attitude.
- Be comfortable working in a busy, fast-paced environment.
- Be able to work independently while also being a strong team player.
- Have a friendly, honest and professional manner.
- Be confident using standard Microsoft Office software, particularly Outlook.
- Be commercially aware and keen to support the wider sales team.
Essential Requirements
- Previous property/estate agency experience essential.
- Minimum of 1 year's administrative experience.
- Minimum of 1 year's customer service experience.
- Strong organisational and clerical skills.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Confident using standard computer software, including Outlook.
Driving licence: Preferred, but not essential.
Working Hours
- Full-time, permanent position.
- Weekend work on a fair rota basis. 9-5pm
- Weekend hours will be approximately 9:00am2:30pm 1 IN 6 Saturdays
- Driving is not essential for weekend work, although a driving licence would be advantageous.
