Building Maintenance Manager (Client Side Role – Education Sector)
Macildowie Recruitment are delighted to be partnering with one of the East Midlands leading universities to recruit a Building Maintenance Manager to join their estate team.

The Opportunity
This is an excellent opportunity to play a key role in the successful delivery of planned and reactive maintenance across the university estate including within venues; buildings and the student accommodation
You’ll bring a strong track record managing directly employed trades and external contractors with key duties including;
- Manage reactive and planned maintenance programmes (PPM)
- Ensure statutory compliance and H&S standards are met
- Oversee contractors and project delivery
- Manage budgets and drive efficient service delivery
- Build strong relationships with campus stakeholders
