Asset Manager

We are recruiting for one of our regular public sector customers for an experienced property Asset Manager to lead and develop their long-term asset management strategies

What You'll Do

• Lead and manage a small, dedicated team
• Oversee pre-contract project activities from planning through to contract award
• Analyse asset data to inform investment decisions
• Work closely with the Asset Strategy & Investment Manager on long-term planning
• Ensure compliance with Decent Homes and Net Zero Carbon targets.
• Champion a positive, outward-looking, and customer-focused culture

About You

• Proven experience in asset management within housing, construction, or related sectors
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate a team
• Excellent analytical and project management abilities
• Knowledge of Decent Homes standards and sustainability targets is desirable
