Interim Treasury Analyst | Fully remote
Macildowie are delighted to be partnering with a social housing organisation who are looking for an individual with treasury experience for a 6 month contract. This will be back filling a recent leaver in the team and so if it was of interest, this has a permanent opportunity at the end of it and so could present a temporary to permanent opportunity for the right person.
Whilst it is working for a social housing organisation they are open to any sector background.
Responsibilities include:
- Monitoring day to day & medium term cash requirements for the group and support in the servicing of treasury management, lender information requirements as well as securing and the release of properties
- Extracting and analysing data, presenting findings in corporate finance projects
- Coordinating and leading the preparation of the group financial regulatory returns
- Supporting the raising of new loan finance as required including security valuation reports

- Rate flexible dependant on experience
- Fully remote
- Inside IR35
- Full time or part time (they are open to either 4 days or 5 days per week)
Minimum Requirements
- Treasury experience within a purely treasury role or it forming a large portion of one of your recent roles
- Intermediate excel - comfortable with intermediate level formulae and highly competent
- Immediately available OR able to start within 4 or less weeks' notice
Desirable (but not essential)
- Social housing experience
