Job Title: Quality Officer
Location: Loughborough & Hybrid (3 days per week in the office)
Hours: Full-time, permanent. Monday - Friday. 35 hours per week
Overview:
A leading sports organisation is seeking a proactive Quality Officer to oversee quality assurance and compliance across educational programmes. This role ensures high standards, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement.
Role and Responsibilities:
Customer Service & Stakeholder Management:
Provide support to training centres, educators, and learners. Build strong relationships with internal teams and external partners.Quality Assurance & Compliance:
Develop and review policies and procedures in line with regulatory requirements. Stay updated on awarding organisation standards.Monitoring & Reporting:
Monitor compliance of training centres and produce reports for internal teams and leadership. Ensure audit and quality assurance records are up-to-date.Audits & Investigations:
Conduct internal audits, support broader audit activities, and assist with investigations into complaints and malpractice.Data Management & Reporting:
Track quality assurance data, ensuring accuracy and timely reporting. Assist with invoice processing and financial procedures.Training & Standardisation:
Support the delivery of training events, ensuring alignment with regulatory expectations and policy updates.
About You:
Essential:
Experience in quality assurance, with relevant qualifications or equivalent experience.
Knowledge of regulatory compliance
Strong communication, literacy, and numeracy skills.
Proficient in using digital platforms for data management and reporting.
Ability to manage a varied workload and meet deadlines.
Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders.
