Sales Revenue Manager
Location: Market Harborough (Hybrid)
Salary: Up to £45,000 per annum, dependent on experience
Working Hours: 09:00 - 17:15, Monday to Friday
Employment Type: Permanent, Full-time

Macildowie are working with a leading lifestyle client based in Market Harborough.

We are looking for a commercially driven and analytically minded Sales Revenue Manager to join a thriving organisation in the lifestyle sector. This role will play a critical part in delivering volume and revenue targets through effective management.

Working as part of a collaborative Commercial team, you will combine data insight with operational strategy to make informed decisions that improve margin, optimise yield, and support business performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the review and management of tour capacity, making informed decisions to open, close, or cancel as appropriate

  • Monitor and maintain live inventory and manage tour updates including flight seat allocations

  • Own pricing strategy across products, including regional flight costings and internationalisation

  • Oversee late sales and on-request bookings, ensuring smooth, profitable processing

  • Work closely with key stakeholders across Product, Aviation, Marketing, Sales, and Operations

  • Provide regular management reporting and commercial insight to guide strategic decisions

  • Conduct competitor benchmarking and contribute to pricing intelligence

What we're looking for:

  • A strong analytical thinker with a detail-focused approach

  • Experience working within the travel or holiday sector, ideally in revenue or pricing roles

  • Proven track record in driving commercial performance

  • Comfortable working with complex data and pricing structures

  • Effective communicator with excellent stakeholder management skills

  • Proactive, adaptable and solution-oriented approach

  • Well-organised with the ability to meet deadlines under pressure
