Sales Adviser - Housing Sector
Locations: Mansfield (Nottinghamshire), Lincoln and Leicester
Salary: Up to £30,000 basic | OTE £50,000-£65,000+
Contract: Permanent, full-time
Working Pattern: Site-based - must be prepared to work Thursday-Monday (potentially flexible when fully-staffed)
Macildowie are working with this client based across Mansfield, Lincoln and Leicester to recruit experienced Sales Advisers from the housing/estate agency sector to join a thriving Midlands divisions within the housing sector.
This fast-paced, commercially successful region offers the opportunity to work across varied sites, managing the full customer journey from first enquiry through to legal completion. The Role:
- Build strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and guiding them through to completion
- Maintain excellent product knowledge including local amenities, transport links, and competitor activity
- Deliver a consistently high standard of customer service, ensuring a professional and welcoming environment
- Convert enquiries into site visits and successful reservations through proactive follow-up
- Achieve personal and site-based sales targets in line with business expectations
- Work flexibly across multiple site locations as required, including weekends and bank holidays
About You:
- Proven background in residential sales (estate agency experience with housing sector exposure considered)
- Commercially astute, confident and personable with the ability to adapt to different client types
- Strong communication and negotiation skills with resilience under pressure
- Self-motivated, proactive and comfortable working independently
- Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle (essential)
