Sales Adviser
Leicester, hybrid
up to £30,000 + commission
08:30 - 17:30, Monday to Friday (weekend working required)
Macildowie are working with a leading client based in Leicester to recruit a Sales Adviser on a full-time, permanent basis. This is a site-based role requiring flexibility to work weekends, bank holidays, and travel as required.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a highly respected, nationally recognised construction business.
The Role:
As a Sales Adviser, you'll be at the forefront of the customer journey, helping buyers find their dream home and guiding them through the sales process. You'll use your strong interpersonal skills to build rapport, understand customer needs, and provide a professional and seamless experience from enquiry to completion.
Key Responsibilities:
Demonstrating thorough knowledge of local amenities, schools, transport links, and competitors.
Providing comprehensive product knowledge, including pricing and available schemes.
Following up effectively on leads to convert enquiries into site visits.
Showcasing homes through product demonstrations and closing sales.
Working towards and achieving sales targets in line with business requirements.
About You:
Previous sales experience in a customer-facing service environment such as housebuilding, retail, hospitality, banking, or estate agency.
Commercially aware with strong market and competitor insight.
Excellent communication, questioning, and listening skills.
Resilient, target-driven, and able to work under pressure.
IT literate with a full UK driving licence and flexibility to travel.
Able to work weekends and bank holidays.
