Monday to Friday, 09:00 - 17:00
Macildowie are working with a growing and well-established business to recruit a Marketing Assistant to support their expanding marketing function. This is an excellent opportunity for someone at the early stages of their marketing career who is keen to learn, develop, and gain exposure across the full marketing mix.
The Role
You'll support the marketing team with day-to-day activity, helping to deliver campaigns, manage content, and keep projects moving. This is a hands-on role with plenty of variety and the opportunity to build strong foundations in marketing.
Key Responsibilities
- Supporting the delivery of marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels
- Assisting with social media scheduling, content updates, and engagement
- Helping to coordinate events, promotions, and campaigns
- Maintaining marketing materials, databases, and CRM systems
- Supporting reporting, analysis, and campaign performance tracking
About You
- A genuine interest in marketing and communications
- Some experience in a marketing role, placement, internship, or relevant degree
- Strong organisation and attention to detail
- Confident communicator with a proactive mindset
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
