Salesperson

We are recruiting a Sales Advisor for a full-time, on-site position within a well-established holiday park and residential community.

The Role

As a Sales Advisor, you will be at the forefront of customer engagement, supporting prospective customers in finding their ideal holiday home or residential pitch. You will provide an exceptional level of service, handle customer enquiries, carry out sales activities, and take part in structured training programmes to continuously develop your skills. This is an excellent opportunity to join a busy and supportive sales team where no two days are the same.

What You'll Do:

• Engage with customers in a professional and enthusiastic manner

• Deliver outstanding customer service and build lasting relationships

• Carry out sales activities and guide customers through the purchasing journey

• Participate in training to enhance product knowledge and system expertise

• Manage follow-ups and maintain accurate records within the CRM system

• Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team sales targets

What We're Looking For:

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

• A genuine passion for delivering excellent customer service

• Proven sales experience with a successful track record

• Confident relationship-building and problem-solving abilities

• Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and effective time management

• Comfortable using MS Office and CRM systems

• Experience in hospitality, property, or training environments is advantageous
