As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant you'll be trained from day one to:
Build and manage relationships with clients and candidates
Source and interview high-quality candidates
Support clients with hiring needs and market insight
Manage the recruitment process from first conversation to placement
Develop your own specialist market over time
You'll be coached closely but given real responsibility early on.
You don't need recruitment experience, attitude matters more than background. We're looking for people who are:
Confident communicators with strong people skills
Motivated resilient and commercially minded
Organised and able to manage multiple priorities
Curious, coachable and keen to learn
Ambitious and driven to succeed in a performance-based role
Sales, customer service, hospitality or business experience is a bonus, but not essential.
