Business Sales Executive

up to £30,000 + uncapped commission

Monday to Friday, 09:00 - 17:00

Thurmaston, hybrid

About the Role:

This position is integral to the business growth strategy, focusing on generating new business, enhancing client retention, and building strong client engagement. You will work closely with the client success and marketing teams to nurture and convert leads while actively seeking new opportunities within the wider database.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the sales life cycle from lead to sale.
  • Build and maintain relationships within the accounting sector.
  • Conduct a minimum of 50 outbound calls daily to prospects.
  • Develop expert understanding of Group products and services.
  • Maintain accurate internal records, ensuring a visible sales pipeline.
  • Research and leverage resources within Group and third-party providers to promote membership value.
  • Collaborate with marketing to optimise lead generation efforts.

The Candidate:

  • Previous business to business sales experience.
  • Possess strong sales and business development skills.
  • Previous tele sales within professional services sector is an advantage.
  • High level people skills with the ability to build successful and profitable business relationships.
  • Exhibit excellent communication skills by telephone, and in written communication.
  • Work to targets and KPIs to achieve results.
  • Experience of using CRM systems.
  • Demonstrable planning, organisational and time management skills.
  • Highly motivated and able to work independently and as a team.
