£30,000 - £40,000 + commission
Monday to Friday, 09:00 - 17:00
Macildowie are working with a leading B2B client based in Birmingham to recruit a driven SME Account Executive to join an expanding commercial sales team.
This opportunity would suit an ambitious salesperson who thrives on creating new business opportunities, enjoys building relationships and is motivated by achieving results within a supportive, coaching-focused environment.
Working within a high-performing inside sales function, you'll proactively engage prospective and existing customers, identify commercial opportunities and manage the full sales cycle through to close.
The Role

Proactively contact prospective and existing business customers.

Generate new business opportunities through outbound activity.

Grow existing customer accounts.

Re-engage dormant customers.

Build and manage a healthy Salesforce pipeline.

Deliver accurate forecasting and pipeline updates.

Participate in regular coaching, training and development.
What We're Looking For

Proven B2B outbound sales or business development experience.

Confident making high volumes of outbound calls.

Strong prospecting and relationship-building skills.

Resilient, self-motivated and target driven.

Comfortable managing multiple opportunities simultaneously.

CRM experience, ideally Salesforce.

A desire to continuously develop and improve.
