    THE OPPORTUNITY:

    Macildowie are currently looking for a Key Account Manager to work for a quirky business based in Leicester City centre. As a client facing Account Manager you will be accountable for planning and managing small sized projects directly with the client, whilst assisting Account Managers on larger projects.

    This is a full time permanent position.

    THE ROLE & YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

    Preparing, managing and owning all project timelines

    Costing and management of project budgets

    Project resource management internally and externally

    Identifying risks to CPA, Budgets and Quality

    Being responsible for all aspects of a project from prototype to production

    Owning all project documentation

    Negotiating with internal factory, suppliers, and sub-contractors

    Ensuring highest quality standards in communication, information and production

    Managing all day-to-day operational aspects of projects

    Set the standards and methodology to be used in a project

    Ensuring that all relevant processes are followed on projects

    Proposing process or production improvements

    Communicating accurately with BU team members, clients and factories

    Managing complex bills of material and communication of these to multiple stakeholders to ensure project success

    EXPERIENCE SOUGHT IN THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE:

    Strong administration skills
    Very detail driven
    Enthusiasm! The solutions will not always present themselves, successful candidate will have to demonstrate a problem-solving mentality
    Ability to coordinate with other departments to work towards a shared goal
    Comfortable working in Excel
    Comfortable managing suppliers
    Strong commercial understanding, ability to present new ways of working and bringing new ideas to old processes
    Work under time pressure, our industry is fast paced
    Strong team player
    Confident working with clients and stakeholders

    EXPERIENCE SOUGHT IN THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE:

    Strong administration skills, knowledge of data protection and GDPR, strong communication skills and you must be ITU literate.

    Macildowie is thrilled to be working with a prominent organisation based in Leicestershire to appoint an Associate Director of Web & Digital for a period of around six months, as they work to transform their digital landscape.

    This role is is paying £60,000 - £64,000 FTE, and offers a generous working structure with the expectation of around two days on site per week in Leicester. This is a pivotal role in the Marketing and Digital space, as you will be leading and advising on the strategy, collaborating with and developing staff and over-see the creation of high-quality, digital content.

    Key duties include:

    • Oversee the implementation of Web & Digital strategies.
    • Advise on digital best practices across the organisation
    • Oversee content creation, ensuring brand alignment and quality.
    • Manage teams within the digital, content and media space

    Role
    - Hybrid working - 2 days on site

    This role will be supporting a Procurement Consultant (working through Macildowie) overseeing a transformation across the function and will be providing capacity support to the wider contracts and tendering team.

    You will be joining a busy, challenging function and so in order to be successful you need to be an experienced and assured procurement professional able to hit the ground running, add value within a short period as well as having recent public procurement experience.

    This role is both forward looking and business facing, in particular you will support key strategic/commercial stakeholders on New Product Development initiatives providing modelling, insights and decision support analytics.


    Your responsibilities will include;

    Act as a true Commercial Finance Business Partner - delivering reports in a clear and concise manner, helping non finance stakeholder to interpret financial performance metrics.
    NPD feasibility modelling and supporting commentary.
    Variance analysis - highlighting areas for potential improvement and providing commentary on key drivers.
    Take a lead on budgeting, planning and forecasting activity, working closely with the commercial teams to help decipher information and provide your commentary on variance to plan/budgets.
    Sales and margin analysis and reporting - looking at product/category performance.
    Continuous improvement of processes and projects in line with wider business initiatives
    Preparation and presentation of key performance statistics to senior level commercial stakeholders.

    To be considered for this role you must be qualified CIMA, ACCA or ACA.

    Previous Commercial Finance experience within a fast paced and dynamic market sector is essential


    You must have advanced data manipulation/ Excel skills including Pivots, Look Ups and Ifs.
