Macildowie are working with this client based in Northampton who are looking to recruit a Customer Service Representative to join a growing team within a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
This is a full-time, permanent opportunity offering a salary of £27,000 to £30,000 per annum, dependent on experience. The role is fully office-based, Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm.
This position plays a key role in delivering a high standard of service to clients, ensuring queries are handled efficiently and professionally while supporting wider account management activities.
Key Responsibilities
Respond to customer enquiries via phone, email and live chat, ensuring a timely and professional approach
Provide accurate quotations and resolve client queries effectively
Monitor and manage backorders, keeping customers informed on progress
Support the Key Account Manager with day-to-day tasks
Maintain clear communication with both internal teams and external clients
About You
Previous experience within a customer service or client support role
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Comfortable using email, live chat and CRM systems
A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with strong attention to detail
