Job Description

Temporary Sales Administrator

Location: Stafford

Salary: £26,000 per annum

Contract: Initially 6 months, with potential to become permanent

My client is looking for a Temporary Sales Administrator to join their team, bringing expertise in administration and customer relations.

This role offers variety and fast-paced challenges, perfect for someone who thrives in a busy environment. We're searching for a professional who is engaging, organised, and passionate about their career.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales administration and invoicing

  • Providing wider administrative support, including finance administration and PA duties

  • Handling inbound and outbound calls (+60 calls per day), including complaint resolution

  • Maintaining accuracy and attention to detail across all tasks

  • Prioritising workload efficiently

  • Demonstrating excellent time management skills

This role is office based working 8.30 - 5pm Monday to Thursday with an early finish on a Friday.
